Minutes began in July of 2004 as the
brainchild of Rob Miles, Craig
Dickson and Dan Burt, three veteran performers from
ComedySportz in San Jose. After years of doing short form
improvisational games and scenes, they
branched out to begin working together in long-form
improv comedy.
Performing
scene work based on character and
relationships, 15- Minutes began began
to develop a unique and entertaining style of
comedy. They believe that
comedy is an important part of our improvisation,
and incorporate it
organically.
In
July of 2005 they were invited to perform in the
Santa Cruz Improv Festival and
won audience accolades for the closing weekend of
the 2005 San Francisco Improv
Festival opening for the touring company of The
Upright Citizen’s Brigade. They have also be seen throughout San Francisco at
The Dark Room Theater
and 50 Mason Comedy Lounge. The San
Francisco Improv Alliance is honored to have this
talented improv ensemble
perform at The Climate Theater.
The
