The Improv Alliance Payment Policy

Improv Alliance Members
  1. You must be on the San Francisco Improv Alliance E-Mail List for at least 30 days before any class.
  2. We will allow registered Alliance members payment of classes made out to our workshop Instructors.  You must mail your payment to: The San Francisco Improv Alliance: 621 Natoma Street, SF, CA  94103.  Payment must arrive at least one week before class time.
Theater Bay Area (TBA) Members
  1. Please call (415) 863-1076 if you are interested in any of our Master Classes or Workshops.  You must provide The Alliance a copy of your TBA membership card (either by fax or email at improvalliance@gmail.com) before registering.
  2. Once confirmed of TBA membership, you are allowed the same privileges of an Improv Alliance Member.  Please see Payment Policy above.

Non Improv Alliance/TBA Members

  1. All Payment of classes can be done either online (preferred) or you can make out a cashiers check to the workshop instructor and received two weeks before class to: The San Francisco Improv Alliance 621 Natoma Street SF, CA  94103
  2. Non Alliance Emails Members cannot pay with personal check.  We must receive your payment before all workshops and Master Classes.
  3. Non Alliance Members who are not part of The Alliance or Theater Bay Area who pay online through our Alliance Link will have their money refunded back via paypal and will not be registered for our classes until payment is made in full.

Improv Alliance Cancellation of Payment Policy 
  1. Cancellation by Students three weeks or more before class: A 100% Cancellation Refund will be given to students made payable through Paypal.
  2. Cancellation by Students two weeks (14 days)  before class: A 50% Cancellation Refund will be given to students made payable through Paypal.
  3. Cancellation by Students One week (7 days) or less before class: A 5% Cancellation refund will be given to students made payable through Paypal.
  4. Students will receive a 100% refund if cancellation of a class occurs through The San Francisco Improv Alliance made payable through Paypal.
